The sandcrete block is on 225mm; it is filled solid with weak concrete at the substructure and has reinforced in-situ concrete columns at 3000m intervals. It has plain in-situ concrete copping. The block wall fence is rendered internally and externally in cement sand mortar. The walls and copping are painted in emulsion paint, while gate and metal works are in gloss paint.
