Police Training School, Iperu, was established in the year 1992, the facilities which was then constructed are now in deplorable condition. Subject to availability of fund, the contract for the Rehabilitation of 4No Classroom Block, 8No Classroom (Story) and furnishing, Construction of Kitchen and Kitchen Equipment, Provision of Borehole and Reticulation, Procurement of Beds, Mattresses and Pillows was awarded to Ms MAGAT Nig Ltd at the sum N104,158,450.20. The job is at 60% completion but the work is still on-going and the Contractor is at site working.
