there was loose layers of soil at the collapsed section. information gathered reveal that there was a well foe water storage in that area. the well was filled during site clearing.
Recommendations are remove the loose soil and commence laying of blocks before the next rainfall.
Other details include we cannot afford to relocate the septic tank/soak away to another point because of space
